Bakers from The Bridge at The Portsmouth Academy held a successful cake sale this week to support a teacher who is set to represent Great Britain in American Football at European Championships in Spain.

A new competition designed to encourage young people from across the area to reimagine their local community and voice their ideas has launched, and students from The Portsmouth Academy were there for the first event. 

Students from The Portsmouth Academy recently joined other schools from across the city for a competition that put their teamwork, presentation, creativity, and leadership skills to the test.

For World Book Day 2024, students and staff engaged in a variety of activities as part of this Trust-wide We Are One event, an opportunity to bring 26 schools together for a common activity. 

A group of Year 8 pupils from The Portsmouth Academy enjoyed the opportunity to delve into the world of higher education at the University of Portsmouth recently.
